At RCS, you can find both a clinical and/or Christ-centered approach to personal growth and mental/spiritual wellness. Deciding to go to therapy can be a difficult decision to make. I understand how vulnerable it feels talking about sensitive or even tragic  matters. Some of my clients may be having a difficult time dealing with life transitions, relationships, creating healthy boundaries, parenting issues, mental illness, or struggling through spiritual or ministerial matters. Just know this: you are not alone.

I treat adults, children, adolescents, couples and family systems. Areas of specialization include: academic/behavioral issues, anger, anxiety/depression, family conflict, grief, relational aggression, self-esteem issues, and trauma. After the initial intake, I am also able to provide teletherapy – via phone or online video conferencing.

I use several modalities based on each client’s needs. These range from cognitive behavioral therapy, play therapy, and solution-focused therapy. I am able to incorporate Christian/Spiritual counseling from a Biblical perspective upon client request. Additionally, I have experience preparing employment & immigration mental health evaluations. ¡Y hablo español!
