Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate
Supervised by Jacqueline A. Hernandez, LPC-S
Born and raised in Denver, Colorado, I graduated with my master’s degree in clinical mental health from Adams State University.
I approach my clients with compassion and empathy, using evidence-based strategies tailored to their unique needs. My focus is creating an environment that is safe and non-judgmental where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions, working towards meaningful and lasting change.
I am the first in my family to attend college. Despite difficult circumstances, I earned a bachelor’s degree and eventually a master’s degree – two accomplishments that have provided me with the opportunity to help others.
I enjoy spending time with my husband, our two boys (both under two). We share our home with two dogs and four koi fish.
I am excited for the opportunity to collaborate with you as you begin your mental health journey.
