Born in Brooklyn, New York to Caribbean immigrants. I am a nerdy neurospicy Navy Veteran, military spouse, caregiver, and empty-nester.

I love learning, being resourceful, & sharing ideas, especially on social media. I aspire to use my skills to help adults and children work through trauma by using their strengths and joys!

December 2024 is my anticipated graduation for my master’s degree in counseling and I intend to apply for my Texas LPC-Associate license immediately afterwards. I enjoy music, nature, and time with my husband and cat.
